These conditions of use govern your access to plata-invest-ca.com and the Plata Invest CA workspace. By using the site you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please leave the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your province of residence to use this site. The workspace is intended for Canadian users; access from other jurisdictions is allowed only where local law permits the use of investing tools of this kind.

2. Nature of the service

Plata Invest CA is a tooling and information platform. It provides analytics, signal generation, scenario context and risk dashboards but does not give personal financial advice and does not custody client funds. Trading itself happens at the broker partner you choose during onboarding.

3. Account responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information during sign-up, keep your sign-in credentials confidential, notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access and take reasonable care to protect the devices on which you use the workspace.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site or workspace for anything illegal, to attempt to bypass security controls, to reverse engineer the platform, to scrape or copy content without permission or to interfere with other users. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.

5. Risk acknowledgement

Trading FX, CFDs, equities and crypto-assets is speculative and may result in the loss of part or all of your invested capital. You acknowledge that the analytics and signals delivered through Plata Invest CA do not guarantee outcomes, that past performance is not indicative of future results and that you are solely responsible for trading decisions you make on partner platforms.

6. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, text, graphics, scripts and source code on this site belong to Plata Invest or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce or republish material from this site without our written permission.

7. Third-party content

The site may include links and embedded content from third parties such as market data providers and broker partners. We do not control third-party content and accept no liability for its accuracy, lawfulness or availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Plata Invest, its affiliates, employees and contractors are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or workspace, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Plata Invest against any claim, demand or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of any law or your infringement of any third-party right.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time and without prior notice if we believe these terms have been breached or that continued use of the service could expose us, you or third parties to legal or operational risk.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for any dispute arising from your use of the site.
